Greater New Orleans Science and Engineering Fair

Tyler H. and Cornelius J. for their 1st place project, Can Activated Carbon Absorb Chemical Pesticides? in the category of Earth and Environmental Sciences. They also won first place in the Broadcom Masters competition.

Anthony R. who won 2nd place with his project, Y’all Smell That? in the category of Engineering. He also won first place in the Broadcom Masters and was runner up in the American Industry of Aeronautics and Astronomy.

Bryson W. who won 2nd place with his project The Headless Planarian, in the category of Biological Sciences, and also won first place in the Broadcom Masters competition.

A’Vyance C. won 2nd place for her project Catching Star Dust, in the category of Physics and Astronomy, as well as 1st place in the Broadcom Masters competition.

Travionne C., Elvin K. and Alred L. won 4th place for their group project, The Spirulina Solution, in the category of Biological Science.

William B. won 4th place for his project How to Cool Your Soda in the category of Chemistry.

Jaslyn T. won 4th place for her project Light Effects on Elodea Respiration in the category of Biological Sciences.
